With more than 700,000 square feet (70,000 m2) of manufacturing space designated to the production and enhancement of polyester films, we are the only manufacturer with the ability to produce a complete line of solar and security window films, as well as technologically advanced performance films, under one roof. Production capabilities include color dyeing, sputtering, metalizing release coating, solution coating, laminating, and slitting. Many of the manufacturing areas are enclosed in dedicated clean room facilities. We are proud to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

Our History
Solutia's Performance Films Division was founded in 1955 by Julius Hermes. Originally named Martin Processing, the company specialized in developing dyeing technology for polyester yarn and other materials. In 1987, the Hermes family sold Martin Processing to the British global firm of Courtaulds, which named the company Courtaulds Performance Films. In 1999, the company, by this time named CPFilms became a subsidiary of Solutia Inc., a world-class chemical company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
